Lisa went above and beyond what I would expect an agent to do. From the initial interview to the closing of the sale she was always there with good advice and timely assistance for whatever was needed for a successful sale.
She is very knowledgeable about properties, and their locations. She explained everything to us about areas of Charleston and the good and bad of each. She is always willing to do whatever we needed to get the closing done properly - I wasn’t prepared adequately! She was!!

Throughout the process she took the time to listen to our worries, to give us her honest opinion but also respect our perspective, and to hold strong on our behalf when that was required. The fact that she is backed by the resources of an excellent company is not inconsequential, but the real star of the show is Lisa, herself. In our eyes she is the definition of a five star realtor!
Lisa has tremendous knowledge of the real estate market and historic properties on the peninsula. She was the seller’s agent 5 years ago when we purchased a historic home. I knew then that I wanted her to represent us if we ever sold the property. She proved her value again 5 years later when she represented us for the sale. She went above and beyond to provide vendors and prospective buyer with access to our out-of-state second home when we were away—which was most of the time, recommend vendors for the fixing up and inspection repairs needed, and make sure everything kept moving to get us to closing as scheduled. She remained upbeat, and in every conversation I could hear her smile. I cannot imagine us getting to closing with anyone else.
