Lisa is amazing. She is a true Real Estate professional in every aspect. Charleston is a very difficult real estate market. There is a lot to know about the city, ie flooding, students, congestion, taxes, neighborhoods, parking, value, safety etc. Lisa's expertise was invaluable in guiding us to find the right house in the right area. One of the things I liked most about Lisa is her response time. I ask a lot of questions and Lisa responded back to me very quickly. I am truly impressed at how hard Lisa works. She is not an 8 to 5 person. Many times I sent her a text or email after hours and the response came right back. One more thing she has assembled a team of professionals to help after you have a contract. She has a go to person for financing, inspection, appraisal and attorney. Lisa made buying easy. I arrived to Charleston from Washington, DC, in the Fall to begin my search for my new home and every other person I encountered had a realtor to recommend. There are so many to choose from and having bought and sold several times in my life, I've experienced bad ones and good ones and Lisa is a great one!
