I arrived to Charleston from Washington, DC, in the Fall to begin my search for my new home and every other person I encountered had a realtor to recommend. There are so many to choose from and having bought and sold several times in my life, I've experienced bad ones and good ones and Lisa is a great one! I had already viewed a property I had seen on Zillow certain that it was "the one" until Lisa informed of the 2-3 feet of standing water outside that house on rain/high tide days. How did she know that?! Well, she walks every street during big rain events. The next house I was sure meant to be mine was a bit north of walkable downtown.
