Selling a house is so daunting! Lisa made the entire process as easy as selling a house can be! Now, that being said, easy and lots of hard work are not to be confused as the same thing... Lisa's professionalism allowed her to tell us what we needed to hear, not necessarily what we wanted to hear. Her advice on preparing the house for showing and ultimately selling, were priceless. My house was put into such good shape that I would have bought the house again!! The response (and the offers) were just amazing! We ended up taking what we determined to be the 'best' offer, for not only us but the new owners. Lisa kept us informed and up on all activities and scheduled appointments. She walked us through almost everything and was there to either find answers we were seeking or knew where to find the answers we were looking for. To find someone who works so hard, for the clients best interest, took so much pressure off us to make the experience so amazing. We would use Lisa again and again. If she isn't available, we will look into cloning...
