Linnea Barone

I was introduced to Linnea from a mutual friend and client of hers. I’m an avid investor and wanted to purchase some investment properties in Tampa/St Pete. I don’t know the area so having Linnea was a god sent. I’ve already purchased two properties with her and working on more. She fought for what I wanted as a client, negotiated for what was right, and let me know when to walk or when to push. She knows her stuff. Linnea is incredibly responsive which I feel is a lacking in most agents these days. She literally put in an offer for me while she was at a funeral. Which I won’t put that expectation here for her but I just want to highlight her insane dedication to her business and craft. She flew back the evening and the next day she was already at the property sending me videos, checking appliances, talking to neighbors, etc… Having someone like Linnea on your side makes the buying process so much less stressful. Linnea treats this as a business and is a pleasure to work with.

Linnea appears very up to date on what sort of housing I am looking for and where it is, with all my specific requests in mind. She is very professional and quick to respond to any questions I may have or issues that may arise and gets things done in a timely manner. I would recommend her to any and all home buyers. We really enjoyed working with Linnea. She was always available when we needed her and never gave up or slowed down in helping us to find the right home. Everything possible with the bank went wrong but Linnea was always there fighting for us and communicating with all of the moving parties to ensure we closed on time. Linnea was one of the most knowledgeable realtors I have dealt with buying and selling real estate. She knew the inner workings of condo associations (I had no clue to them) and is well connected with anyone you may need through the process, i.e. home inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. Because of Linnea, I was able to find, tour, and close on a condo that met my every need within 2 weeks. She will always answer a call, or call back within 30 minutes, regardless of day and time. I called her a few times late on a Saturday and she answered. She made the entire prcess easy and actually kind of fun at times. She does her research and will not let you down. I'd recommend her to friends and family. She is highly recommended.
