Linette has sold two properties for me and helped me buy another and has done a fantastic job! She really goes above and beyond to help her clients meet their buying/ selling goals. I also appreciate how well she maintains open communication and kept me on track and informed at every step in the process. Linette is an excellent real estate agent! She educated us on the house-buying process from the very start. She was always available to answer questions and to take care if issues that came up (even during her vacation!). Her commitment to ensure we were happy made things easy for us. Simply put, we felt protected cared for from the first call by someone who obviously knew her stuff! She always either answered the phone right away or called back shortly. She never wasted our time with homes that were not within our criteria we needed. We found Linette Welch after we had a bad experience with another realtor not being honest and hard to contact. After looking through reviews on my own and making some calls, I contacted a friend who was originally from here and a realtor on the East Coast. She gave me Linette's info. Linette was very honest during the entire process, always keeping us up to date and helped us understand all that was going on. I was suffering with debilitating migraines and often had to ask her to repeat information. She was extremely patient and blessed us with insight on of all sorts struggles we ran into with other parts of our lives. Moving to an area we knew nothing about was hard ... Linette did all she could to make it better! Honestly, there's no way to write it all that she did for us (that's how much). She also went out of her way to help us search on our schedule, even during the holidays! She SAVED us money $$$! I often felt over demanding, but she never made me feel that way ;) At our request, she even prayed with us about which home to choose! I wholeheartedly recommend Linette Welsh??

Linette was very understanding throughout the selling process, keeping in mind how stressful this can be and assuring my husband and I that we would get through it. She knew what improvements were needed to get top dollar for our home and what things were unnecessary. Linette's knowledge of the market and housing prices in our area was uncanny. She listed our home at $350,000; while we were offered more than asking, our house appraised at the $350,000 which she originally recommended. If we are to ever move back to Colorado, we will DEFINITELY utilize Linette's services to purchase our home.
