I know people say it all the time, but I CANNOT RECOMMEND Lindsey enough! I know a number of real estate agents in the area and there is noone else I even considered working with to sell our home. She knows the market and St. Pete Beach like the back of her hand. She truly has her finger on the pulse of all things real estate AND St. Pete Beach. Of course, selling a house is always going to be a stressful process, but Lindsey also had to navigate the added layer of a pending divorce which meant she had to double up on communications, expectations, requirements and everything else that goes into the process of MARKETING and SELLING a home. Throughout the process Lindsey provided savvy, well informed, practical and innovative ideas, strategies and recommendations. She consistently responded to any questions or concerns (and mild to moderate panic attacks) in a quick and extremely well informed manner.
