I had a distressed sale situation arise when my insurance company gave me a thirty day notice that I was losing my coverage due to multiple issues that I simply could not afford. She took what was a pretty emotional and stressful situation and turned it into an easy to do process. I just sat back, let her handle things and within a few short weeks we closed so that all I had to do was pack up what I really needed to start anew. She took all the pressure off of me and made it easy to get this chapter of my life closed out. We closed the sale exactly on the date my insurance was canceled. I was able to focus on the packing up and move into my new place. When she came to pick up the keys for the new owner she gave me a big hug and said I looked a lot less stressed out, which was true and complimented me on the new place. She picked out a great title insurance and escrow service who handled all the details without a problem at all and within 30 days we had a good solution to a big problem. As a former CFP and in my fifteen years in the business have met numerous real estate agents to handle my clients sales and purchases. I have never met any that had her confidence, warmth and competence! I Highly recommend her!
