I could not have asked for a better realtor!!! I happened to meet Lindsay at a home I went to see and immediately trusted her and could tell she was very knowledgeable. I was a first time homeowner and from day 1 she explained every part of the process with detail and never pushed or rushed me in any way. For every home that I saw and was interested in, she worked on a competitive analysis to suggest the best price I should offer based on recent homes sold (the first realtor I worked with never did this by the way, and it’s a super important step!!). Lindsay was always just a text or call away, and responded promptly every single time. The title agency we worked with (it was the seller’s title agency) was a bit challenging but Lindsay managed it with extreme professionalism the whole way!! She also recommended me her lender and inspection company, both of whom I used and had a great experience with! Lindsay was great and professional and always helped us clarify our doubts, questions or concerns. I used a VA loan and she helped me to navigate through a housing market that changes quickly and using a VA loan only made things more complicated as far as securing approval for the loan, since they have strict rules.
