I was a first time homeowner and from day 1 she explained every part of the process with detail and never pushed or rushed me in any way. For every home that I saw and was interested in, she worked on a competitive analysis to suggest the best price I should offer based on recent homes sold (the first realtor I worked with never did this by the way, and it’s a super important step!!). Lindsay was always just a text or call away, and responded promptly every single time. The title agency we worked with (it was the seller’s title agency) was a bit challenging but Lindsay managed it with extreme professionalism the whole way!!
