Linda Trevor was an incredible real estate agent to work with. She is very responsive and is good at making you feel like you’re her only client. She is very knowledgeable about the Triangle area and what it takes to be competitive in the market. Everyone on her team was great to work with too! She had lots of connections/recommendations for service companies you might need in buying/selling your house. We are very grateful for her hard work; she sold our house in a few days! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely use Linda and her team again if needed!

We are so happy that we chose Linda and her team to sell our old home and buy a newer, smaller one. Linda was always calm, cheerful, and helpful. Her knowledge of our neighborhood and the history of our home and appropriate pricing for the area certainly were helpful. Our home sold the first day on the market for above asking price. Linda, Crystal, and Janette were never more than a phone call away, and they were always patient with our questions. Linda also recommended a great painter/handyman and a wonderful designer to help us get our old home repaired and properly staged to put on the market. If and when we sell/buy again, we will definitely call Linda.

Linda was great at all phases of the process. She was quick to respond to us, even on weekends, and answered any questions we had. She is very kind and had good attention to detail as she helped us evaluate each house against what we were looking for. I would highly recommend her!

Linda and her team were amazing. Linda helped us price, stage, and market our home so that it sold almost as soon as it was listed and at a price well above asking. Even though we were moving out of the area, Linda referred us to an agent in our new area. Linda and her team were always patient, supportive, and responsive. We are very happy with our decision to work with Linda Trevor.
