As the listing process got underway, Linda's team did an outstanding job of communicating the sequence of events to follow, from staging to photo day to providing documents to sign. Questions from us were answered promptly. The showing process (Showing Time) is another effective and efficient tool which allowed potential buyers to request 30 minute time slots directly from us, avoiding a typical "general admission" open house.
