Linda Trevor is a true professional at the top of the Real Estate business in the Raleigh/Cary area. She and her team generates volume on both the buyer and seller sides of the transaction. I have used her for both and found her to be effective, twice selling within a week of the listing and getting an above average price for my home once above asking price. All agents aren't the same even in the internet age. If you are serious about selling this is the difference you need in any market.

Linda and her team were great to work with. They used the latest tools including fabulous photography & 360 tours and other technology to market our home. We benefited from their expertise with staging and prepping our 20 year old for sale as well. Linda uses the latest realtor showing app for mobile phones which allowed us to approve showing requests and receive feedback from showings directly. Over the past 30 years, I have purchased/sold several houses and bounced from one realtor to another because I never found a realtor that lived up to their own hype. Linda came recommended by a friend and she and her entire team were fabulous. Some realtors state they have a team behind them but that team is absent/busy when needed. Linda and her team consistently delivered when I wanted to get into a prospect house quickly and they provided expert advice during negotiations. On the selling end, Linda provided a professional stager who suggested how to rearrange/remove furniture, curtains, pictures,... to maximize buyer attraction. She also supplied a professional photographer to take photos - no ridiculous photos of a lamp in the corner of some room. I finally found a great realtor in Linda.
