Linda Del is a realtor whose expertise and knowledge you can trust. She was the listing agent on the home I purchased 8 yrs. ago. With Linda Del’s help and encouragement we bought the home in which we have leased/lived for the past four years. However there’s more to this story……late 2022 , out of the blue, we were noticed by our landlord that our lease would not be renewed and “our” house was to be sold asap due to issues on the owners end. So our initial contact with Linda this round was to start a search for a replacement rental property in or near Monarch Dunes. The short story was sky high rental rates for a similar home with few rentals available. As an alternative plan we decided to price out buying this home. But recent price extremes and spiraling interest rates were real downers. Eventually, with Linda’s help we began working toward a more reasonable property purchase price. With her knowledge of this this area we reached an agreeable price and took the plunge. Linda not only helped us negotiate the purchase but went on to recommend a financial broker who proved very competitive in securing some financings. We are appreciative of a near seamless transaction and found Linda and her team able to help us through a rough spot and close escrow in about 30 days. We would strongly recommend Linda and her team to other prospective buyers or sellers.

From day one, Linda explained the process and most importantly listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions When the market took a turn Linda talked us off the ledge. she helped us ready the house for market in ways that still amaze me. Linda assisted in ways to sell items that we no longer needed. Most importantly we found anew friend and will be forever grateful
