My experience was with Ben Daniels and Greg Service - part of the Linda Dear Team. We have worked with Ben to buy and sell homes in the past 4 years. Ben is very knowledgeable with areas we considered in Maryland. As buyer's agent, he was very patience with us as we were looking for two separate houses with two different price points, in multiple neighborhoods. We did not feel rushed and he saved us time by advising us on houses that were not worth seeing. There was one house we really liked but it wasn't in an ideal location and the way the addition was made, it did not look 100%. Ben advised that it wasn't a good investment based on location, the size of the house, the way it was built, and resale-ability. Even though this house was $200K more than what we ended up buying, which means extra in commission but he was adamant that it was not a good investment. Thank goodness we listened to Ben and found a great home later. As seller's agent, his advise on how to make the house competitive and sells quickly was solid. His price point analysis was spot on. He staged the house very nicely - the house shows well. Ben and Greg basically dealt with everything that needs to be done to sell the house, I only need to provide approval. Ben and Greg were super accommodating when I did not have time to drop off paperwork to places, so I would left it at the house and they took care of it for me. The entire process was pretty much stress-free for me. Once we vacated the house, all I had to do was signing documents. Ben, Greg, and Linda Dear team will be my go-to agent for properties in Maryland. I highly recommend them.

He walked through my home and made easy suggestions on how we could make the house more ready for sale. Within hours of leaving, he called me with follow up research he had done on comparable homes and neighborhoods. This was just a harbinger of the type of service I would received throughout the preparation, listing, and selling of my house. Mr. Daniels was always available for questions and I was never left wondering what was going on in the process. While he would offer advice, I always felt like I was making the decisions. And though I know I wasn’t his only client, I always felt fully supported. Without question, I highly recommend Mr. Daniels and his staff. They certainly made the selling of my home a lot less stressful.
