Linda Ciabattari

Linda Ciabattari is, without any doubt, the very best realtor that I have known in the past 50 years of buying and selling real estate globally. Nobody goes out of their way for their clients like Linda. She loves what she does and is as smart and experienced as anyone - and knows how to make deals happen in favor of her clients. I have don’t many deals with her and I wish she moves to Coral Gables Florida to help me over here! Don’t settle for less. You will regret it.

Her response time is immediate and she solves the problem or answers questions with expediency and efficiency,

Linda is knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire buying process. She provides high level of attention to detail and exemplary customer service.

Linda thinks of things that most buyers never thought of. She has outstanding people in her Rolodex - inspecting - repairing - cleaning - and moving - all of which are reasonable and as outstanding as her. Her market price analysis has always been accurate. Nobody knows that market better than her. She is even better at dealing with difficult sellers and buyers - she knows how to make a deal happen! The best agent I have even known anywhere in the nation.

Linda’s availability to us was second to none. Her communication was exactly what we needed. She helped find us exactly what we were looking for. We had a very challenging experience with our builder and Linda helped us every step of the way to make it happen despite the grueling process. Linda has gone above and beyond from day one. She knows the market and navigates it to your needs. Linda has made herself available to us even when it wasn’t in her role to do so. Linda was not only our RE agent but we now consider her a friend being this was a huge event in our lives. We are beyond grateful to have had Linda’s vast knowledge along the way. We would highly recommend her and use her again moving forward. She is a huge asset to the RE community.

Linda was above and beyond paying attention to details, answering questions and ascertaining answers that weren’t immediately available. Mediated issues with other agents and lenders with professionalism and going the extra yard.
