Linda Ciabattari is, without any doubt, the very best realtor that I have known in the past 50 years of buying and selling real estate globally. Nobody goes out of their way for their clients like Linda. She loves what she does and is as smart and experienced as anyone - and knows how to make deals happen in favor of her clients. I have don’t many deals with her and I wish she moves to Coral Gables Florida to help me over here! Don’t settle for less. You will regret it.

Her response time is immediate and she solves the problem or answers questions with expediency and efficiency,

Linda is knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire buying process. She provides high level of attention to detail and exemplary customer service.

Linda thinks of things that most buyers never thought of. She has outstanding people in her Rolodex - inspecting - repairing - cleaning - and moving - all of which are reasonable and as outstanding as her. Her market price analysis has always been accurate. Nobody knows that market better than her. She is even better at dealing with difficult sellers and buyers - she knows how to make a deal happen! The best agent I have even known anywhere in the nation.

Linda’s availability to us was second to none. Her communication was exactly what we needed. She helped find us exactly what we were looking for. We had a very challenging experience with our builder and Linda helped us every step of the way to make it happen despite the grueling process. Linda has gone above and beyond from day one. She knows the market and navigates it to your needs. Linda has made herself available to us even when it wasn’t in her role to do so. Linda was not only our RE agent but we now consider her a friend being this was a huge event in our lives. We are beyond grateful to have had Linda’s vast knowledge along the way. We would highly recommend her and use her again moving forward. She is a huge asset to the RE community.

Linda was above and beyond paying attention to details, answering questions and ascertaining answers that weren’t immediately available. Mediated issues with other agents and lenders with professionalism and going the extra yard.

Linda was very responsive with texts and communications. She showed us 11 homes and we put in an offer, had an inspection and closed in 16 days! She and all the people she works with to get to a closing were so good! Linda comes highly recommended.

Linda was excellent to work with. She is very knowledgeable and honest and we greatly enjoyed working with her. We would highly recommend her!

Put my house on the market in October 2024. Had a contract signed, buyer had inspection done and the following day Cancelled the contract. Back to square one. Had several Open Houses and a lot of interested buyers but nothing happened. Linda worked diligently to get it sold as I had a Contingency Contrqct on a Condo I really wanted. Had my back through the entire process and finally a interested buyer who signed a contract and the deal was finalized and closed in February 2025. After everything is done now I can relax and enjoy my new home.

My journey began in October, 2024. My current house was on the market and Linda took me to look at Condos in the complex I was currently living in. I fell in love with the first one we viewed, signed a Contract with a Contingency clause and proceeded from there. My house finally sold in January and thought everything would be fine but that was not the case. There were several factors that became very frustrating and stressing me out. I honestly couldn't have gone through this experience without Linda as my rock. Intervening, calming me and reassuring me that everything would work out.

We had the pleasure of working with Linda Ciabattari, whose deep understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and unwavering professionalism made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She consistently went above and beyond, providing valuable insights and keeping us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate agent.

Communication was seamless throughout the process. Linda kept me informed at every stage, provided clear updates, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with every decision. Her expertise, dedication, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome were evident in everything she did. I strongly recommend Linda for anyone looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and professional real estate agent.
