I met Lil in the fall of 2008. She was the listing agent for a house I was interested in buying. I met her at one of the hardest times in my life - I was in the process of getting divorced. At that time, I needed a friend more than a realtor. Lil and I had a ton of fun looking at houses. I didn’t buy a house at that time, but Lil became my friend. She is one of my closest friends to this day. Since 2012, I have bought and sold three different properties with her. She is always honest and upfront with me when I’m considering a real estate decision. She has both strong intuition and is good with analyzing data, which makes her an exceptional real estate agent. Even though we have developed a close friendship, she always keeps business as business and friendship as friendship. I really appreciate that about her. Lil went beyond the call of duty in assisting me getting my house on the market at the right price and getting it sold within three days. I got exactly the money I wanted and managed to move to my new location in the time frame I wanted. None of my "wants" were reasonable in any way and Lil facilitated them all with barely a blink.
