Over the years, I’ve purchased multiple homes as primary residences, later converting many into rentals, along with several foreclosure properties used as long-term investments. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work has always been taking neglected homes and transforming them into something valuable and functional. That hands-on experience gives me a practical, real-world perspective that benefits my clients every day. By trade, I’m an engineer and a proud Georgia Tech graduate. I originally took the Real Estate exam “for fun.” A full 75-hour class, for fun. As I moved through the coursework, I quickly recognized how many opportunities I had missed in my own prior transactions simply due to lack of information. That realization shaped my approach to real estate and became the foundation of my career. My goal has always been to help clients avoid costly mistakes and make confident, informed decisions. Engineering your next real estate transaction is more than a tagline. It’s how I approach every deal. I combine analytical thinking, market data, and hands-on experience with a practical, people-first mindset. Since 2021, my sales volume has earned me membership in the Savannah Area Realtors Distinguished Sales Society. From 2020 to 2025, I’ve helped over 60 buyers and sellers across the greater Savannah area, including Chatham, Effingham, and Bryan Counties. In 2025, I became the Broker for the Georgia agents at ERA Evergreen Real Estate. While I now spend more time mentoring and supporting newer agents, I continue to actively work with buyers and sellers. I’m proud to share that 2025 has been my strongest year to date, with over $8 million in gross sales volume. I live in The Enclave in Savannah, where I restarted the neighborhood Welcome Committee after a challenging move-in experience. I moved here to be part of a connected community and found exactly that, along with a serious pickleball habit. I hold the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation and am a member of the Savannah Board of REALTORS® and the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. Fast and Efficient!

Leslie met with us and gave us feasible instructions on increasing our home's appeal, and once we got it where we thought it was presentable she got it listed and sold super quickly. Leslie made a typically difficult and stressful experience quick and easy, and we couldn't ask for more than that!
