Leslie and Bob Schofield are amazing! They listened to our needs and wants, were never pushy and were there through incredible difficult times! Finding our dream house was wonderful, finding out that other people had made the exact same offer was terrible. Yet Bob and Leslie reached out to the realtor at Zillow , made the deal happen and even offered to waive their commission if that meant us getting the house we loved ! Over the next 2 months our financing kept falling through, no fault of ours. We had lenders who were not timely. Bob and Leslie kept us positive and hopeful. Even when our contract date came and went, they kept reaching out to the zillow realtor , explaining the situation of the untimeliness of the lender and eventually it all came together. Nothing short of a miracle.
