About Kari

As the daughter of a home builder, I always knew I would be in the real estate industry in one facet or another. I received a degree in finance and real estate and in 2004 jumped from finance to real estate. Over the years the joy of my clients is what makes me love this industry. I am a 5th generation Coloradan and has lived across the front range, from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs.

She is a most caring and diligent person and agent.

Lisa responded to my personal needs for selling my house at a distance and worked with contractors to complete improvements for the sale.

Made it Happen!

Kari is so friendly and willing to do what it takes to get the deal done. I was already living out of town, and she stepped in to take care so many little things that were needed to bring my house up to current market standards. And SO PATIENT during this stressful process. I highly recommend her and her team!

The best agent in Denver!

Lisa is the best agent in Denver. She is very professional, and has a wealth of market knowledge. Lisa was available for every call, showing, question we had about anything and everything. We found the home of our dreams thanks to Lisa, and she is now helping us sell our old home. I can't recommend Lisa enough to anyone looking for a realtor. Thank you Lisa!

Lisa has sold two homes for me. My last experience was I had to sell my home in one month and she literally staged it so well, it sold in one day. I highly recommend her!

Lisa was awesome!

Lisa was absolutely great! She did market research to help us arrive at an appropriate listing price. She communicated and kept us informed along the way. She was very detail oriented and went above and beyond for us. When we encountered challenges along the way, Lisa was there with advice and referrals to quickly move our sale forward. She is very professional and knowledgeable, we definitely recommend her and plan to use her again in the future.
