This is the second time we have worked with Lisa, this time as a seller. We were selling at a challenging time when interest rates were high and the market was coming to a screeching halt during the holidays. Lisa was very candid that we could get more for our house if we waited a few months to get beyond the holidays but respected our decision to price it for a more immediate sale. She gave us a range that she thought would work and supported the decision to start at the high end of that range. Long story short, we were under contract the first weekend we had it listed. And more importantly, Lisa put in the due diligence concerning our prospective buyer to make sure the contract we eventually accepted would be the best option to close. We were grateful that everything closed on time, despite the record number of people backing out of contracts these days. Because we had already vacated the property, Lisa staged the house beautifully and had all the right touches to make it feel like a home for the next owner. Although we hope not to move again, we will not hesitate to use Lisa if we do.
