We have known Leslie for many years now and during this time we went out looking off and on to look, taking some breaks for a couple of years or so at a time. Over the years, she never lost her patience with us, taking us to see literally over a hundred homes, never giving up on us. We must have been some of her most difficult clients, but during this long haul, she never gave up on us. She was there to show us countless of properties for long hours, always with the most wonderful attitude and reassuring positivity that we would find our dream home. Her reliability and positivity was catchy too that we would find a home. She quickly became a friend, giving us the inspiration and hope we would soon need. This summer 2021, with that same glimmer in her eye like she had nine years ago, and with her candid relentless persistence, we set out again but found ourselves in a pandemic with absolutely nothing affordable on the market, but that didn't stop her. From diligence, persistence and her good-natured approach, it was no surprise she found a home we absolutely loved. Thinking back on it, our experience in looking for a home, what first comes to mind was how fun she made it, how she made house searching an enjoyable experience. We'll always remember her warm-lovingly approach without pressure as she turned home buying into a exciting and fun experience. We highly recommend Leslie as a realtor. She is a trooper and will always be there for you until the end. She is very agreeable and flexible with time and actually made it fun with her great personality and good advice from many years of experience as a realtor. We set out to purchase a home in San Diego County while still living in Los Angeles. Leslie Cruz agreed to work with us in finding our ideal place. We searched in various areas of Central San Diego County and never quite finding the right place. Leslie remained patient always listening to what we were looking for. Initially we asked for a turnkey place but rapid price increases were making that option less and less possible. In listening to us, Leslie showed us a place that had just come on the market; a fixer upper. Not what we were looking for...or so we thought. In the end, we fell in love with the potential of the property and ended up purchasing it at a reasonable price. Reasonable for SD home prices. In the end, a difficult process was made easier with Leslie Cruz by our side and we are grateful for all of the help she offered.
