Lenore sold my condo in one month after the ‘Big Name Realtor on LBK” failed miserably. She is detail oriented and offered solid suggestions that got the job done. The previous agent, who had the listing for a year , was not and his only suggestion was to keep dropping the price. His support people were pleasant but not sales trained or capable decision makers. Lenore’s people are active, studied the property and were fully prepared to answer questions about it; the prior agent’s staff behaved like glorified babysitters. Lenore took an active interest in making the sale happen, whereas I was just another listing to the prior agent. If you want to get the deal done well, quickly and efficiently, call Lenore. I was very impressed and would highly recommend. I wish I’d known about her from the start. It would have saved me a lot of time, aggravation and money. Lesson learned. Lenore Treiman did a fabulous job helping us to find a house in Lakewood Ranch. First and foremost, she listened to what our interests were and narrowed down the field of communities and houses to look at. She continually researched opportunities and helped us appreciate the price that matched our interests.
