Lenore sold my condo in one month after the ‘Big Name Realtor on LBK” failed miserably. She is detail oriented and offered solid suggestions that got the job done. The previous agent, who had the listing for a year , was not and his only suggestion was to keep dropping the price. His support people were pleasant but not sales trained or capable decision makers. Lenore’s people are active, studied the property and were fully prepared to answer questions about it; the prior agent’s staff behaved like glorified babysitters.
