Being in the real estate industry for years and has represented clients all over in real estate transactions. LeAnn has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first. She studied Accounting and Paralegal Technology at Surry Community College and afterwards began work in pursuing those careers. Passionate about assisting others find a coastal lifestyle as she did in 2007, LeAnn has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations. LeAnn Everhart isn’t just passionate about helping families find their next home. LeAnn has also served as CFO of a local Marine Construction Company and loves being able to assist current or new homeowners understand and work through options on their waterfront properties such as seawalls, docks and boatlifts along with the process of obtaining permits for this type of construction. In her free time, LeAnn is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and enjoys everything the coastal lifestyle has to offer. It was a very good experience.

LeAnn was very responsive to our request/questions. She stayed on top of everything to make sure there were no issues on the timeline. Our car broke down on the way to settlement and she still made it happen the same day and was very compassionate about our situation.
