There are good agents, bad agents, and GREAT agents. Larry is one of the GREATS. Part of what makes him a great buyers agent is it’s hard to describe why he’s great… we wanted a house, he did everything he could to help find us a house. We wanted to look at a house, he made it happen faster than expected. If a house wasn’t great, he only showed patience. When the house was perfect, he went all out to make an offer in the 11th hour (not just a figure of speech, he was working on it at 11pm on a Friday night to get it done). 10/10 if I ever buy a house again, Larry will be my first call.
