Lauriel was amazing to work with. She had a wide knowledge of the areas I was looking at which spanned across multiple counties. She was always responsive through text, phone and email. She was willing to work late on weekends to put together any urgent time sensitive offers, etc. During the inspection of the house I purchased, her advice ended up saving me $7,500 on the closing costs and likely prevented a much bigger headache down the line in a few years.

Lauriel made the selling of our old home and the purchase of our new home a breeze. Her expertise is unmatched. No other agent can compare to her knowledge and experience. She is friendly and funny and truly interested in our lives and what we were looking for. She was so nice to go on this journey with while maintaining her professionalism at all times. We found Lauriel as our agent after having had extremely bad experiences with 5 or 6 other agents that kept asking us to buy only in specific areas where we were not interested. After a few showings we asked her if we were being unrealistic. She assured us that we were not being unreasonable in our expectations and the house we were looking for was out there and we would find it. She was honest in her opinions of houses we looked at. She pointed out features that caused her concerns. She was willing to research and find builders that others said we would never be able to talk to, she got them to talk to us. When we did find the right house, she guided us through the process and provided great advice and support. She was able to negotiate a great price below what we expected to pay. We will tell anyone looking for a home about Lauriel and suggest others work with her in either looking for a home or selling theirs.

Lauriel is the BEST! She is VERY patient and has tremondous knowledge about the market. It was our first house and she suggested us with a lot of things which we were not aware about as well as she gave genuine reviews about the houses.Her goal wasn't to close any house instead, she made sure we found the right one.
