Lauriel was amazing to work with. She had a wide knowledge of the areas I was looking at which spanned across multiple counties. She was always responsive through text, phone and email. She was willing to work late on weekends to put together any urgent time sensitive offers, etc. During the inspection of the house I purchased, her advice ended up saving me $7,500 on the closing costs and likely prevented a much bigger headache down the line in a few years.

We found Lauriel as our agent after having had extremely bad experiences with 5 or 6 other agents that kept asking us to buy only in specific areas where we were not interested. After a few showings we asked her if we were being unrealistic. When we did find the right house, she guided us through the process and provided great advice and support. She was able to negotiate a great price below what we expected to pay. Lauriel is the BEST! She is VERY patient and has tremondous knowledge about the market.
