After months of trying to sell a home with no success, we reached out to Lauren. A few days later we had a purchase agreement unfortunately a few things were found on the inspection which caused the deal to fall through. This is where in my opinion Lauren really came through for us. She put us in touch with contractors she had worked with in the past and they helped us to resolve the issues. Their prices were very reasonable as well. Within a few weeks after the repairs were completed the home was sold. In my opinion she went above and beyond to help us move the property. She always either answered our calls or promptly returned them. I can not truly stress how happy we were with the whole experience. Thank you again Lauren for everything you did for us.
