More than one sale fell through due to buyer financing issues, which was not unexpected in these volatile times, but Lauren maintained a very positive attitude and always seemed to have buyers in reserve. This eventually led to the sale of the property. During the period the property was for sale, she worked with a local businessman to keep the acreage mowed so that it would have a pleasing appearance and could be properly viewed by potential buyers. This continuing dedication to both the seller and the buyer is a rare thing today, and my wife and I could not provide a stronger recommendation for Lauren.
