Because she networks and has many contacts in the real estate world she knows what the market is doing and what properties are being listed. She knew what we wanted but still sent us listings for properties just slightly outside of our parameters and let us decide what we wanted to see. When we FINALLY found IT, her knowledge of contracts and negotiation helped put us in a position to win a highly desirable property with multiple competitive offers. The timing for the find was terrible -- we were about to leave the country for a long-planned trip. Lauren handled inspections and details for us while we were away.
