Lauren is patient, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, persistent, savvy ... I could go on and on. She knew what we wanted but still sent us listings for properties just outside of our parameters and let us decide what we wanted to see. When we FINALLY found IT, her knowledge of contracts and negotiation helped put us in a position to win a highly desirable property with multiple competitive offers. The timing for the find was terrible -- we were about to leave the country for a long-planned trip. Lauren handled inspections and details for us while we were away. All through the search and buying processes, Lauren was very communicative and we could count on quick replies to our texts and emails. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house!

The only thing that could have made our time working with Lauren better, is if she packed up and moved for us. We were able to buy a new home and sell the older one within the same week. Lauren was extremely thorough with the entire process. She is knowledgeable about the selling/buying process as well as renovation contacts.
