Lower and lower the price went - due solely to her extremely effective negotiating skills. She has damn good skills in the area. You’d be hard pressed to find others at this level of expertise. Lauren has great social skills. This translated into me feeling heard, which made me feel well supported. Lauren was working with me at all times of the day. She stayed connected, regardless of the time. She worked on my behalf consistently, and that was very evident. As a result, when I found the place I settled on, I was able to close fast. She ensured that it was a quick and smooth transaction. She reached out to countless people on my behalf. She made things happen. For me.
