Laura parachuted in and rescued me from a bad experience selling my home. She took all the work off my hands by arranging repairs, cleaning, staging and photos. Laura is very knowledgeable and personable. We got three offers in less than a week! If you're a real estate novice like me, you can't go wrong with Laura Walker.

Meeting Laura was a blessing in disguise. We knew we wanted to sell and buy but didn’t have any idea we’re to start. She sat down with us and talked about the process, referred a great broker and guided us in the right direction to start. When it came time to looking she was on top of scheduling appointment and talking to the other realtors. She was available anytime of the day and if not you know she would get back with you soon. Gave us honest opinion of the houses we seen and steered us in the right direction. When we found our dream home she was on point with making sure we got the best deal and additives along with staying on top of non communicators. Selling our house was also fairly easy other than the normal. She went through our home and told us how to stage and our house was sold in the first day!!! Thank you Laura for all your help

Laura Walker helped me when I was buying my first house in Wilmington in 2014. Nearly 10 years later, I trusted her to help me sell that house and guide me through my next purchase. I put myself completely in Laura’s hands. On Monday, November 13, 2023, we met at my house and Laura went through all three floors and basement. She staged with her props (look for her signature big pink flowers – they work!) on Tuesday, November 14. On Wednesday, November 15, she had her professional photographer come in and do the shoot. On Thursday, November 16, the listing was on-line. On Friday, November 17, I had my first showing. On Saturday, November 18, I had a full-price offer. By the next Monday, November 20, 2023, I was under contract. Six weeks later, I closed on the old house and moved into my new home. Laura has the savvy, expertise and knowledge to do her job. I have no plans to sell my current home, but if I do, Laura will be the first person I call.

If I could give 6 out of 5 stars I would. Laura Walker made selling my home SO MUCH easier than I imagined, especially being out of state. I had a difficult tenant and Laura helped me sell my home like it was nothing! She was very professional, helpful, knowledgable, and efficient. Once the tenant was out and my house was on the market my house sold in 2 days! No doubt due to the work of Laura and her team. Highly, highly recommend!
