Laura was an excellent realtor. She set us up with multiple showings on our very first day out. She answered all of our questions and she answered them quickly. She helped us figure out what we should offer and what we should ask for in concessions. She kept her cool when we were thinking we might have to pull an offer and because of her, we got the condo we wanted. She connected us with a handyman and a painter - I mean, that is going above and beyond. She scheduled our inspection for us! The house buying process is long and exhausting and Laura took on what she could to help reduce our stress. I am so appreciative and thankful for her. She is friendly, kind, and exactly who you want to work with!

Laura was about the most patient person to work with that we've ever had! She was so flexible and was always available when we would call her on a moments notice wanting to see a house we liked. When it came to selling our house, Laura knew exactly how much we should list our house for so that we would receive multiple offers. Tom and I have already told our friends about the wonderful experience we had while working with Laura over the past few months. We can't wait to get settled in so we can have Laura and her family over for drinks and to show off our beautiful new home. We can't thank Laura enough for doing a spectacular job and becoming a good friend.
