I was living in Michigan and had previously worked with an agent at Century 21 in my hometown of Traverse City Michigan. My realtor in Michigan contacted Terry at the Century 21 office in the area where I was going to move northeast of Atlanta. He contacted me promptly and told me that he would take care of me by putting me in the hands of Laura Boswell. I did not know Terry or Laura, but I am so very thankful for both of them! Terry put me in touch with Laura, and she went beyond my expectations! Laura Boswell is an excellent Realtor! I had one weekend to find a place to live, and traveled down without having met her or knowing anything about Georgia and the real estate market. She spent over two days with me driving me around the area and helped me narrow down that I was looking for new construction. She has tremendous attention to detail and was honest with me as we toured different areas. She was kind and fun and knows her real estate!! I consider her my first friend in Georgia! The whole process went very smoothly and I cannot thank Laura enough!!!! She is a gem and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in this area.
