Laura was a consummate professional. She worked with us as the buyer's broker, and told us all the things she could do as our broker vs. the things she couldn't do if she was the seller's broker. We knew what to expect, and she walked us through all of the steps of our search, and brought together a team to support the actual purchase of our new home. She leveraged her relationships with loan companies, inspection companies, pest control, etc. all in an effort to give us options, as we had no 'local' experience. We knew where we were in the process the whole time, and working with her and her team took us from the initial offer to a successful close in just 3 weeks! Yay! Way to go! Laura Boswell was very professional and worked with us at every turn. She would go the extra step to ensure that we were meeting our deadlines When our loan was having issues she pointed us in to someone who was able to help us in a timely manner. Being in the military and having to move my family and not be there it was great to know that Laura was helping my family get into a house they wanted.
Very good with dealing with the area, lack of signal for directions in the area, she had maps ready to go upon arrival. On time and was reliable with communication and replies! Laura was knowledgeable of the area and tolerated myself with dealing with the lack of cell phone and GPS signal due to being in remote areas, but like I said previous she had paper maps ready to go. Laura was a very friendly lady, approachable and concerned in dealing with our needs to find a home in the area we where looking at. Had trouble with NFCU and Laura referred me to one of the banks she has used before and had some bumps but made it through it.
Laura has helped find my first rental home in Atlanta, helped my sister and her fiance buy their home and now has helped me buy my own home. She came highly recommended from a local friend and lived up to her reputation. She was so helpful and knowledgeable in the selection of our rental, that I had no other considerations when buying.
