I can’t recommend Laura enough. I had the amazing opportunity of buying my first house which was extremely daunting and new for me. Laura made this experience easy and understandable. Laura was very quick to respond and easy to work with when I had a question. After shopping around a little, I wound up going with both the lender and the home insurer she recommended in the first place. Some mornings she was a little late to meet at our first place (though she did have to fight traffic from Forsyth), she was very flexible about changing or adding homes to our tour for the day and routed stops efficiently. Very knowledgeable and helped me hone in what I wanted in a home and what was important or not to me. Negotiations went well, and we had a pretty fast close once we were under contract. We had been searching for a house with pretty specific must-haves in a rather constrained budget. Not only was she patient with us, allowing us to view many, many properties. From our first phone conversation with Laura we knew she was who we should go with. She is as smart as she is caring and kind. We were moving from another state with a home to sell. She offered tips for it even though it was not her sell. And you might say, well of course, because she wants you to sell to buy. But that was not the case. She genuinely cares and was offering help because that is who she is. We never felt pressured to buy or influenced on what we should buy. Working with Laura Boswell was hands down the best experience I have ever had working with a realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. Every question I had she was there with the answer. I would recommend Laura highly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She made this stressful experience of selling a home and moving states as breezy as a walk in the park. It’s good to know she will soon be licensed in Florida where I currently live so when the time comes that I need a realtor I can call upon her expertise again.
