I moved from a suburb of Dallas, Texas to Cumming, Georgia. I took a quantum leap of faith and left finding a new home in Laura’s hands. Not once was this faith misplaced! Laura found the most amazing property for me and my two Golden Retrievers. She did an inspection of the house, made sure everything was in great shape. After driving 14 hours and arriving at 3:30 AM on Easter Sunday, I had keys waiting, easily accessible, lights on in pivotal rooms, some bare necessities, AND dinner for me, treats for the dogs!!!! Laura continues to follow up with me as I await delivery of household shipment. She has generous offered her time and some household items. (The dogs love her!) This is one realtor I will definitely continue to refer and use for my next home purchase.

I had one realtor before Laura. The realtor did a terrible job in trying to sell my home. I felt she was in it just for her percentage. But Laura made me very comfortable. She did all the work. All I had to do was sign the final papers!

I was looking to sell the home which had seen a happy clan of "kids" grow from grade school into adulthood. The house had some war-wounds and was generally showing its age. Laura always went that one step beyond what was needed, in every way. I needed a recommendation for a particular product or service? She would deliver several options, with contact information, and pros/cons listed out in detail. Sometimes she went WAY beyond. For example: I was out of state on business when it became obvious that the locks on the property needed changing, urgently. Laura unhesitatingly took herself directly to [a warehouse home improvement store], bought new digital locks, spent several hours late into the evening/night installing these locks, and then programmed them. All to safeguard *my* property. That's Laura. Her advice was always based on sound and plainly explicable reasoning, as well as on her deep professional experience, and it yielded for me exactly(!) the end result I desired. No one can promise perfection every time, but I know for certain that if I needed to sell another property anywhere she was licensed, I would ask her to sell it without considering any other Realtor. Laura was exceptional in helping find houses to look at, viewing the homes, walking me through the inspections, and all of the steps to finally close. I cannot recommend her as an agent enough. She was extremely knowledgeable on structures, appliances, the paperwork regarding all of this. Super kind and professional throughout the entire process and I felt like I could reach out to her for anything I had a question on. I was confident when looking at houses with her and then when we were doing the final paperwork and payment. She is someone I would recommend to family, friends, and anyone else who is looking for an agent to buy a home. With how she conducted herself, I believe she would be amazing in assisting with selling a home as well. She helped me type up a lease agreement for renting the other room in my new home.
