We looked around before choosing Lacy to help us sell our home. When we met her, we were impressed by her professionalism, her knowledge of the area, and her friendliness. But we never imagined selling a house could be so easy! She took care of us every step of the way. Her communication and follow up with us was incredible, fast, and thorough. She was good at helping identify any issues that might have prevented us from having a good, quick sale. Then to resolve those issues, she had an extensive network of service providers who did excellent work. (Minor repairs, cosmetic issues, cleaning service, etc.) The photographer she used made our house look so good that we almost didn't want to sell! Together, my husband and I have bought and sold 6 houses. This was by far the best, smoothest, and simplest house sale we've experienced -- thanks to Lacy. Literally every step of the way, Lacy was there to make things easier. When I had a minor meltdown (because moving is hard) Lacy showed up at my door with ice cream and a sympathtic ear. We were referred to Lacy by a friend. It was the best referral we could have received. As first time home buyers we didn't really know what to do. Lacy was always willing to answer any questions we had. She worked with our schedule really well, even when it was a tight window. She got us 3 showings one afternoon in the 2 hour window that we gave her. She was always willing to share her honest opinion of the home and even told us not to buy some of the homes we saw. Once we found the home that best fit us and our needs, Lacy walked us through the entire purchasing process. We were approved for a USDA-RD loan, which came with some interesting restrictions, and requirements. Lacy was able to work with our loan officer and the sellers agent to get everything taken care of. It was a lot that needed to be done to meet the USDA's requirements. I would recommend Lacy to anyone that is buying a home, especially first time buyers. We will be using her as a listing/selling agent when that time comes. We are so grateful to have worked with her.
