We were referred to Lacy by a friend. It was the best referral we could have received. As first time home buyers we didn't really know what to do. Lacy was always willing to answer any questions we had. She worked with our schedule really well, even when it was a tight window. She got us 3 showings one afternoon in the 2 hour window that we gave her. She was always willing to share her honest opinion of the home and even told us not to buy some of the homes we saw. Once we found the home that best fit us and our needs, Lacy walked us through the entire purchasing process. We were approved for a USDA-RD loan, which came with some interesting restrictions, and requirements. Lacy was able to work with our loan officer and the sellers agent to get everything taken care of. It was a lot that needed to be done to meet the USDA's requirements. I would recommend Lacy to anyone that is buying a home, especially first time buyers. We will be using her as a listing/selling agent when that time comes. We are so grateful to have worked with her.
