It was coincidence that I first was introduced to Lacey. She was showing a house on my route and let me come inside and view it as well. I was interested in purchasing it and began working with her. As a first time homebuyer I was unfamiliar with many of the aspects of purchasing a home. She was very patient and knowledgeable working with me. I never felt pressured to purchase the home or that she just wanted to effectuate the purchase as fast as possible possible so she could receive her commission. Her concern that I was being treated fairly and that my best interest was paramount. Even after tittle had transferred she remained in contact checking to make sure everything was copacetic. Unfortunately there was a problem with my homeowners insurance and the agent was unresponsive and evasive. Despite having no personal stake and nothing to gain, she still helped me resolve the issue. She cares and loves the community in Lexington and wants to build it. After each sale she purchases a goods list for a local family because she wants everyone in her community in Lexington to be taken care of, not just her clients.
