Lacy is an extremely great communicator, marketing expert, very creative, and stays on top of a project. She is by far the best realtor I've had the opportunity to work with. She helped us look in the area we needed and worked her connections throughout the process and we are very grateful.

Lacy was the best agent I could have asked for. As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what I was doing and leaned on her for a lot of education and support. Lacy was always quick to respond, personal but professional, and definitely knew the market and Masterson area very well. In such a hot market, emotions are high, but I always knew Lacy was in my corner advocating for me and pulling every string she could to help me (on top of being a mini-therapist for me haha). She continued to support me through all of the inspections and always made time for the little things that popped up before closing. On May 17, 2025, a tornado tore through London, Kentucky, destroying numerous homes and disrupting the lives of literally hundreds of people. Unfortunately, my family was significantly impacted. My wife’s parent’s home was destroyed, and her father lost his life. Her mother was suddenly without a home or a husband/caregiver. My wife and I made the decision to find a home that could accommodate our needs as well as her mother’s. This required the home to be accessible with minimal levels or stairs and a very specific layout. I must say that I never gave much thought to house hunting, real estate sales or real estate agents prior to the events in London. I never would have guessed Lacy and Dustin Hatton would be such an integral part of the recovery process. Their professionalism, determination and patience had value beyond measure. The end result speaks volumes about their hard work. They found the perfect home that allowed Clarissa and I to reassemble the remaining pieces of our family. To simply say that we would highly recommend them would be quite an understatement. They used their expertise every step of the way; the search for our new home, the pre-listing repairs to our old home, the paperwork attached to each transaction and finally, the actual move. None of it was easy, however, aside from packing and unpacking, the Hattons managed and executed the entire event start to finish. In closing, Clarissa and I had no idea of the complexity of the challenge that we faced and are thankful, beyond measure, for the guidance, dedication and hard work that Lacy and Dustin supplied in helping us navigate a difficult set of circumstances.
