Lacy was with us every step of the way in our journey to an upgraded home. We made the tough choice to relocate from the home we loved over the past 15-years due to location convenience and also we were ready for a more elevated home with a little more square footage. We've had quite a number of years of home ownership in different homes over the years, and we knew what we wanted in a new home. Full disclosure, we were a little particular and had quite the list of desires in for our new home. This was a tough market to find a home that met our expectations. Not a big inventory of homes for sale in the target area that met our expectations due to the pandemic low interest rates. Then we found a home that checked all of our boxes and it happened to be new construction close to completion. Lacy really looked out for our best interest during this process. We were looking for a retirement home, and after Lacy showed us several existing homes we decided to build one that "checked all our boxes". Lacy was with us as we selected the builder and the lot, as well as standing with us through the process of selecting everything from the bricks to the fixtures. She provided valuable design input and kept us from making mistakes we would likely have made on our own. It was coincidence that I first was introduced to Lacey. She was showing a house on my route and let me come inside and view it as well. I was interested in purchasing it and began working with her. As a first time homebuyer I was unfamiliar with many of the aspects of purchasing a home. She was very patient and knowledgeable working with me. Unfortunately there was a problem with my homeowners insurance and the agent was unresponsive and evasive. Despite having no personal stake and nothing to gain, she still helped me resolve the issue. She cares and loves the community in Lexington and wants to build it. After each sale she purchases a goods list for a local family because she wants everyone in her community in Lexington to be taken care of, not just her clients.
