Lacy was with us every step of the way in our journey to an upgraded home. We made the tough choice to relocate from the home we loved over the past 15-years due to location convenience and also we were ready for a more elevated home with a little more square footage. We've had quite a number of years of home ownership in different homes over the years, and we knew what we wanted in a new home. Full disclosure, we were a little particular and had quite the list of desires in for our new home. This was a tough market to find a home that met our expectations. Not a big inventory of homes for sale in the target area that met our expectations due to the pandemic low interest rates. We were blown away by Lacy's knowledge and professionalism throughout the journey of our home sale. Initial consultation, she provided the advice needed to prepare our home for sale.
