Kim has well earned confidence calm demeanor in dealing with the multitude of questions that occur in the process of buying and selling. She sorted 4 offers on an excel spreadsheet breaking down the full prices offers until their was a winner, if you will. She kept me in the loop as the process moved forward and returned my calls in a timely fashion.
We had some very challenging issues with our house, because it is very old, but Kim was right on top of making sure we had all the information we needed and what we needed to do. We are an elderly couple and she really helped us know what we needed to be doing. We would highly recommend Kim.
