We hired Kyle to sell our house in Ladysmith. We worked with him remotely, from Colorado, and were blown away by how easy the process was. He had local resources available to make repairs which was beyond easy. Our sale was NOT straight forward but were able to navigate it with ease due to his extensive knowledge in the area!
Working with Kyle made the home buying process so easy! He was very attentive to my needs and he always made the time for me to go tour any and all homes I wanted to see! On top of that he would answer any questions I would ask within a timely manner as well as breaking it down for me to understand! I would absolutely recommend him to any friends and family looking to buy a home!
Kyle has 16 properties for sale and sold 46 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
