Kyle knows the St. Pete market and had a clear strategy from the jump on how to position our home to get the best outcome. He had solid advice on pricing, timing, and presentation. Kyle's communication is 10/10. He kept things moving, kept us in the loop, and talked me off a ledge more than once (and probably more times that I should publicly admit). Selling a house can be a pain, but Kyle made the process a lot more pleasant, and a lot easier. He genuinely cares about getting a great result for his clients and getting the deal done. I sent him an email and got a call back minutes later. It was clear why Kyle has so many great reviews. From the first time I met Kyle while touring a home I was impressed by his knowledge of things he pointed out that are important to an investment but not something I know much about (replaced pipes, age of repairs, windows, etc). He has great practical knowledge, which he shared freely. He also knows the St Pete market well and had good advice on areas and trends.
