He listened to our needs prior to finding the home, sent us relevant listings, quickly coordinated the tour, helped us navigate both the regular offer and the additional documents from Fannie Mae, was helpful with negotiations and quick about getting back to us with news when he got it, helped find insurance, still provides contacts for repair needs, provided restaurant recommendations, even helped move a couple pieces of furniture after the initial move in. I can't say enough good things about Kyle, but the most important pieces are that he genuinely cares and that he is extremely knowledgeable about the old northeast area because he actually lives here.
