If you are moving to the St Petersburg area - there is only one realtor to use - and that is Kyle Hickey with DWELL Real Estate. I was living out of state during the entire process. Kyle spent hours answering my many questions, providing objective data and information regarding the area and many neighborhoods, FaceTimed me to share properties he found, and educated me on Florida real estate contracts etc. He is hard working, very knowledgable and genuinely a nice guy. Most importantly he displayed patience and understanding during my 3 month search. Kyle answered every one of my phone calls through the entire process - even 3 weeks after to closing. He never made me feel forced to make an offer - and when we found the "one" - and ended up in multiple bidding wars - Kyle walked me though every step of negotiations.
