Kristi was a delight to work with in the purchase of our new home. She went out of her way to be available whenever we needed to talk/meet with her and was a great resource with regard to the local market. Kristi listened carefully to what we were looking for and went the extra mile to find suitable properties for us. When the sale of a property we were really interested in fell through, she was right on top of it and contacted us before it was even re-listed! That was the home we ended up purchasing. Kristi was always willing and able to help us navigate complicated HOA verbiage and documents, and she was pro-active in keeping us up-to-date on every aspect of the whole process. We would work with her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. It doesn't hurt that she has such a great personality and disposition! We will definitely seek her out in the future when we are ready to sell/buy property in the Prescott area.

Kristi was awesome! She went above and beyond every step of the way! She was always responsive and if there was any kind of problem from something left on contract no matter how small she caught it and made sure it was remedied quickly. She did not treat this place as a place we were buying but rather a place she was buying from the inspection to follow through on problem(s) that needed fixed. We would recommend her over and over again! Very knowledgeable and a pure delight to work with!

Kristi did a very good job helping me buy my new house. She was always available and always gave good advice. When I was first looking at houses, she was always quick to setup walk throughs. When I finally did pick my house she helped me negotiate a good price, handled setting up inspections, and got me all the documents I needed to read and sign no problem. I always felt like Kristi was keeping me up to date on where I was in the home buying process and what I needed to do next, which made the whole process easier than I originally expected.

Kristi Patterson, what can I say? She is a tireless worker, she's really nice and funny, she knows this market so well, she's great with real estate paperwork, she became our friend, she got things going fast, she is a communicator which is vital, she has an exchange student and teens at home, she got my home sold when I had booked a rental and we got in without paying an extra months rent. She sent out the word about our listing and we got other realtors showing it, she did open houses, she got realtors to tour it twice. Kristi Patterson most importantly got my nice home sold so Kathy and I could build another much smaller home. Kathy and I call Kristi our friend, you cannot help but like her she's nice, funny, and smart, and a tireless worker. I recommend her and I'd use her again. She's the one you've been looking for.
